Responsibilities

We have established our reputation based on our commitment to prioritizing customer experience, and the Pest Control Technician plays a vital role in fulfilling this mission.
You will:- Provide exceptional pest management services in compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory guidelines for industrial, institutional, and commercial clients;
- Foster strong relationships with customers to address their pest control needs effectively;
- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base;
- Adhere to all product label instructions while performing pest management services;
- Maintain detailed records of field activities, including service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
- Collect payments from customers during service, if applicable;
- Collaborate with call center and office staff to schedule and prioritize services, as well as arrange service calls as needed;
- Serve as an integral member of the branch team.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old; no pest control experience is required;
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Valid driver's license;
- Experience in the home services industry is preferred but not mandatory;
Must maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a criminal background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits;
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.;
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.;
