Building Supervisor for Evening and Weekend Shifts

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Building Supervisor to join our team at Minnetonka Public Schools. As a key member of our Community Education Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the security and maintenance of our facilities, and supporting the success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service duties at the front reception desk, including answering phones, mail distribution, and basic computer tasks.
- Unlock and lock buildings and rooms for evening and weekend user groups.
- Assist with technology use as needed.
- Ensure the security of the building and respond to any emergencies that may arise.
- Prepare facilities for user groups and assist with setup.
- Deliver class lists, handouts, evaluations, and other necessary materials to instructors.
- Visually check each area in use before and after activities to ensure it is in order for the next day.
- Submit written reports for injuries, concerns, incidents, and other circumstances.
- Meet, greet, and provide information and directions to persons in the building.
- Maintain a positive rapport with students, staff, administration, and the public.
- Clear communication in speaking and writing.
- Evidence of an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Able to act independently.
- Familiarity with general office procedures, including multiple phone lines and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Arux/Fee Pay is a plus.
The schedule will vary, but shifts are typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:30-7:00 p.m., Wednesday from 4:30-6:30 p.m., Friday from 4:30-6 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m.
