We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Custodian to join our team at Round Lake Area Schools. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising a crew of custodians and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our district buildings.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of district buildings
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the district
* Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
* Maintain accurate records and reports of custodial activities and supplies

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in custodial or facilities maintenance
