We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maternal Neonatal Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. As a key member of our Womens and Childrens Services department, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising our Maternal and Neonatal Outreach Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to increase market share of maternal and neonatal transports
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance of services and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Implement and evaluate quality improvement plans and indicators to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and sustain teamwork and staff satisfaction to maintain an optimal workforce
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN degree preferred
- State of TX RN, Specialty Certification preferred
