Accounts Payable Coordinator

The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440 based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $18.

Job Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for posting all accounts payable invoices on a timely basis, ensuring they are coded to the proper accounts and properly authorized. You will also notify the controller of any unusual or unusually large purchases, reconcile manufacturer's statements weekly/monthly, and process direct payables as needed.
Your tasks will include setting up vendors as needed, obtaining insurance certificates, and processing 1099 mailings at year-end. You will also post all intercompany accounts payable bills and perform other office duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need past accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable. A great attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure are highly valued.
