Accounts Payable Coordinator

About the Position: PSI Personnel, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounts payable experience and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. A strong background in three-way matching and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Responsibilities:
- Opening mail, matching invoices to purchase orders
- Present for approval
- Enter approved invoices into ERP system
- Print checks for signature and mail once signed
- Set-up new vendors and sub-contractors in the system
- Maintain files, W-9's
- Assist Manager with projects as assigned
- Process credit card statements
- Process sub-contractor billings
Requirements:
- 2 plus years accounts payable experience
- Experience with 3 way matching
- MS Office proficiency (Intermediate Excel skills)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
$50-$52K per year

Work Environment: This is a contract-to-hire or possible direct hire opportunity for the right candidate.
