- Develop and implement effective interventions to address medication-related issues and promote adherence among our members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Pharmacy.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in medication management and adherence.
- Current active licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of North Carolina.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
