Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding teams in the execution of small to moderately complex projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of project tasks and objectives. This includes managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, as well as providing leadership and guidance to project team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops project plans to ensure feasibility and effective change management.
  • Establishes project deliverables and timeframes, holding project team members accountable for completion.
  • Collaborates with other departments to obtain necessary resources to complete projects within expectations and timeframes.
  • Manages small-scale and moderately complex projects to ensure quality and timely achievement of project deliverables and objectives.
  • Prepares and maintains project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Communicates task assignments and due dates in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
  • Monitors project status, resolves risks, issues, action items, and decisions in a timely manner and escalates to leadership for support when needed.
  • Facilitates team meetings to discuss project progress.
  • Serves as a contact to senior management and key stakeholders to report project progress and assist with problem resolution.
  • Maintains business operations and applications knowledge level to provide required information as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet, Planview, Azure Dev Ops, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for quickly understanding and documenting new processes and technical concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to balance demands and respond to time constraints.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools.
