FieldBridge, LLC is seeking a skilled Assembly and Test Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, identify components, and use pertinent tools and rework techniques.
- Operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
- Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions.
- Experience working with assembly-related operations or equivalent preferred.
