Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide person-centered support and encourage individuals to make their own decisions to the greatest extent possible.
  2. Offer opportunities for individuals to participate in their community and engage in activities that promote socialization and integration.
  3. Offer respite services to families and caregivers, providing much-needed relief and support.
  4. Comply with agency incident reporting policies and procedures.
  5. Manage behavioral challenges and provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals served.
  6. Safely transport individuals to and from program locations.

Requirements
High School Diploma required and six months combined work, volunteer, internship, and/or applicable training and education with individuals with developmental disabilities.
