Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the field, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to customer locations to perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Manage time and territory to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare and submit reports on customer interactions and equipment issues
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical experience in a related field
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 75% or more
  • Indepth knowledge of mobile hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
