Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address language and speech disorders.
  • Administer speech therapy modalities, procedures, and tests to assess patient progress.
  • Document accurate patient records and progress notes to ensure seamless communication with healthcare teams.
  • Maintain effective communication with referring physicians, co-workers, and patients to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Qualifications
  • New graduates considered on an individual basis.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to function in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
