Cabinet Assemblers

As a Cabinet Assembler, your primary responsibility will be to construct, assemble, and finish cabinetry in accordance with established procedures. This role requires the use of various tools and materials to guarantee superior craftsmanship and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures while utilizing the appropriate tools and hardware for cabinet assembly.
  • Conduct inspections of materials and finished products to confirm compliance with quality standards.
  • Regularly maintain and clean tools, machinery, and workspaces to promote a safe and organized environment.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including supervisors and fellow assemblers, to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and machinery.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary and foster a safe working atmosphere for yourself and your colleagues.
Packaging Associates

The Packaging Associates will be tasked with packaging cabinets and accessories in line with the daily production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that all products are accompanied by the correct paperwork, labels, and quantities prior to packaging.
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards and are properly modified, packaged with adequate protection, labeled accurately, and placed in the appropriate staging areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Kitter/Parts Coordinator

The Kitter/Parts Coordinator will be responsible for unpacking unassembled cabinets, sorting and distributing parts for modification, conducting quality control on finished components, and staging final products for assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open boxes and extract cabinet components requiring modification.
  • Inventory and store remaining parts appropriately.
  • Reassemble modified parts with original components and prepare them for assembly.
  • Ensure that all parts meet the highest quality standards as per company guidelines before staging for assembly.
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:

For Packaging Associates & Kitter/Parts Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in handling tools and machinery.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Capability to regularly lift up to 49 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts.
  • Utilization of carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items throughout the facility.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Safety shoes are mandatory.

*Specific duties and requirements may vary based on production workload. Candidates should be prepared to assist in various departments within the warehouse as needed.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
