Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Specialist to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. As an Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Efficient Processes: Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Analyze Production Data: Analyze production data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend process adjustments to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production supervisors and employees, to design and implement new work procedures and manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot Production Problems: Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex production problems involving manufacturing processes, and recommend countermeasures or changes in processing methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, preferably with a strong foundation in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field is required, with a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Lean Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is essential, including the ability to analyze and improve production processes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
