This role involves working on a variety of projects, including commercial, hospitality, retail, multi-use, hospital, and education projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in programming and planning
  • Concept design and development
  • Detailed design and engineering coordination
  • Problem-solving for design solutions
  • Code analysis and research
  • Materials and products analysis and research
  • Specification writing and preparation
  • Construction document preparation and coordination
  • Research and development of project-related functions and technologies
  • On-site surveying and work coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in architectural design
  • Prior experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, or science, technology, and industrial design is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Client-facing experience and strong relationships-building skills
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Google Earth, Form-It Pro, Enscape, BlueBeam, SpecBuilder Cloud, and CTM BIM Suite
