Transactional Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Paralegal to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Conduct research related to transactions, including statutes and case law.
- Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Organize and maintain transaction files, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Prepare for transaction closings, including coordinating logistics and documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations throughout the transaction process.
- Manage timelines and deadlines for various transactions to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with financial due diligence by reviewing financial statements and projections.
- 3 years' experience in transactional work is required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient interpersonal skills, including effective communication with both attorneys and other paralegals to accomplish goals.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities.
