Certification Requirements
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support is mandatory for certain roles.
  • BLS: Basic Life Support certification is required and must be AHA certified (Instructor or Provider).
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is necessary for specific units.
Position Overview
  • Role: Radiology / Cardiology position available.
  • Facility: Part of the Inspira Health Network.
  • Employment Type: Travel/Contract.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year required.
  • Previous Staff: Former employees are not eligible for consideration.
  • Scheduling: No blocked scheduling or floating; no holiday shifts.
  • Equipment: Proficiency with Phillips equipment is essential.
  • Patient Care: 1:1 patient ratio.
  • Work Mix: Combination of in-patient and out-patient services.
  • First-Time Travelers: Welcomed.
  • Uniform: Black scrubs are required.
  • Contract Completion: Travelers must finalize the DS within 48 hours of contract signing.
Job Requirements
  • Certifications: BLS and ARRT (MRI) are required.
  • Charting Experience: Familiarity with Cerner charting is preferred.
Work Schedule
  • Full-Time Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts during weekdays (Monday-Friday); one weekend per month required; on-call availability for up to two days weekly (flexible).
  • Weekend Option: Full-time every weekend (Saturday & Sunday 8 hours); 2 x 12-hour shifts during the week; on-call availability for up to two days weekly (flexible).
Unit Specific Information
  • Equipment Experience: Proficiency with Phillips equipment is necessary.
  • Patient Ratio: Maintained at 1:1.
  • Floating Policy: No floating is permitted.
