We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiac observation unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

About the Role

This 6-bed cardiac unit specializes in the care of observation status patients with a range of diagnoses, including chest pain, cardiac dysrhythmias, and NSTEMIs. Our team works closely with the ARU and occasionally assists with outpatient preoperative care and recoveries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing Experience: One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting is required for PRN positions.
  • Education: Graduate of a nursing program or new graduates of a nursing program eligible.
  • Certification: Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
