Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
- Work as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
- Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork.
- Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
- A current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas.
- An innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Ability to use common workplace technology.
- 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in a home health setting.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
