As a Helpdesk Assistant at ICONMA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our organization's information systems. Under the supervision of the Business Operations and Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring computer application processes and performing specific tasks related to the support of the I.T. Helpdesk.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor computer application processes to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Perform tasks related to the support of the I.T. Helpdesk, including escalating problems to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Assist Helpdesk Support 1 in answering calls from customers and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Take incoming and outgoing calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to the Client principles of Caring, Communication, Collaboration, and Competence in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
**Requirements**
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
