Job Description: As a Billing and Title Clerk at Stuteville Ford of Atoka, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's accounting and titling processes. You will work closely with our sales team to process new and used vehicle transactions, prepare tax and title documents, and submit legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

You will be responsible for verifying that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications, checking for accuracy in the application, and preparing payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins. You will also be expected to maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles, compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work, and report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance, 401(K) plan, employee discounts on parts and services, paid training, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Requirements:
  • One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
