About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Billing and Title Clerk to join our team at Stuteville Ford of Atoka. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing new and used vehicle transactions, preparing tax and title documents, and submitting legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organizational skills, strong computer knowledge, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership's accounting and titling processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a system to verify out-of-state titles, compiling and maintaining a complete list of all outstanding title work, and reporting to management on the status of any missing or problem titles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance, 401(K) plan, employee discounts on parts and services, paid training, paid time off, and holiday pay.
