Role Summary: As an ABA Specialist, you will be instrumental in our special education initiative, engaging closely with students who exhibit various developmental challenges. Your responsibilities will include executing tailored behavior intervention strategies, aiding students in acquiring vital skills, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to foster a supportive and effective educational atmosphere.
Core Responsibilities:
- Apply ABA methodologies and strategies to enhance student learning and behavioral objectives.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students, either one-on-one or in small groups.
- Gather and evaluate data regarding student progress and behavioral patterns.
