About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy strategies to improve communication, independent living, and social skills in children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.
  • Work one-to-one with clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and schools.
  • Travel to all service locations, including school, daycare, clinic, and home settings.
  • Collaborate with family and treatment team members to provide effective treatment.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
  • Six months of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain patient and calm when encountering challenging behaviors.
