Job Title: Surgical Technician

County of San Bernardino, CA is seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting medical staff with surgical procedures in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons and medical staff with surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and supplies
  • Count and verify surgical instruments and supplies
  • Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Surgical Technology program within the past two years
  • 6 months of experience assisting surgeons and medical staff in an acute care operating room or outpatient surgery center
  • Current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
