Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who shares our passion for early childhood education. As an Early Childhood Educator at the Babove Worldwide Institute, you will be responsible for creating a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children aged 2-5.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the individual needs of each child;
  • Assessing children's developmental needs and writing individualized lesson plans;
  • Creating a setting that is conducive to learning and promoting a love of education in young children;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to parents and communicating regularly with them regarding their child's progress;
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and providing regular updates to parents;
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and program policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful as an Early Childhood Educator at the Babove Worldwide Institute, you will need:

  • A degree in early childhood education or related field (Associate's or Bachelor's/Master's);
  • Professional certification in early childhood education (B-2) preferred;
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with children aged 2-5 in a childcare or school setting;
  • Familiarity with Head Start, Creative Curriculum, preschool assessments, and behavior management;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Bilingualism (English) or multilingualism an asset.

Salary: $45,003 - $68,000 annually
