Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Roasting Specialist to join our team at MAUI COFFEE ROASTERS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for bagging, grinding, and flavoring roasted coffee using our state-of-the-art equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent manual dexterity, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have a valid driver's license. The work schedule will be Tuesday through Thursday, 8am to 3pm, with potential for increased hours based on workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bag, grind, and flavor roasted coffee using bagging scale, sealer, and flavoring machine
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment as needed
  • Operate company vehicles as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
