Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality deliverables and artifacts to meet project requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive change and delegate tasks effectively
  • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership and stakeholders
  • Support the development of process flows and document pain points and future state opportunities
  • Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions and develop insightful roadmaps and recommendations
  • Facilitate client interviews, meetings, and workshops to gather insights and feedback
  • Build and analyze complex data sets to generate insights and support recommendations
  • Assist in the development of hypotheses and models to test each hypothesis
  • Create professional, client-ready proposals and other critical deliverables
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience working for a management consulting firm or insurance regulatory agency highly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in life, annuity, employee benefits, retirement, property, and casualty insurance
  • Strong ability to work well in cross-functional teams and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading, advising, and delivering change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading institutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
  • Experience using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence nice to have
