As an MRI Technologist PRN, you will play a vital role in our team, utilizing your expertise to perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures with precision and care.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct MRI examinations with proper contrast media protocols, ensuring optimal imaging results.
  • Identify anatomical orientation on all required images and verify proper film identification.
  • Evaluate the quality of MRI procedures and determine if additional imaging is required, communicating procedure information to radiologists accurately.
  • Participate in on-call duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.

Requirements:



  • Two years' experience in radiologic technology to support on-the-job training or one year of experience as an MRI technologist.
  • ARRT-MR or ARMRIT registration is mandatory.
  • BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Preferred qualifications include two years' experience as an MRI technologist in a hospital environment and a graduate degree from an accredited school of radiologic technology or MRI program.
