Director of Rehab Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and support staff to ensure a high-performing team.
