Occupational Therapist

At Enhance Rehabilitation, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care.
• Provide excellent care for patients, including providing customer service to patients and family members.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients.
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
• Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
