Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Antanavage Farbiarz PLLC. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and tracking various marketing efforts to promote our law firm.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking and compiling statistical information, analyzing media statistics, and writing and issuing questionnaires and surveys.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and marketing endeavors
  • Track, compile, and distribute statistical information
  • Analyze media statistics
  • Write, issue, and analyze questionnaires and surveys
  • Write brochures and similar marketing materials
  • Engage in market research
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare promotional presentations
  • Compose and post online content on the company's website
  • Cultivate online content for company's social media accounts
  • Submit ideas for future marketing and improved campaigns
  • Create efficiencies through drafting and refining policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant (2+ years)
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Great organization skills
  • Resilient problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail including grammar and spelling
  • Solid base of customer-service
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of basic office programs, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
