Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced instructor to teach Interdisciplinary Humanities courses to a diverse student population. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Humanities and the ability to deliver engaging and innovative instruction.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Interdisciplinary Humanities courses to high school students within our dual enrollment programs.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with departmental learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide clear, timely feedback.
  • Participate in departmental responsibilities and governance, including curriculum review and revision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote student success and retention.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Humanities, Liberal Arts, or Liberal Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience working with high school students or populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching in a community college setting.
  • Knowledge of instructional technologies and online learning platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
