Job Description

The Project Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing assigned staff towards maximum job performance and career potential. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Administration: Understanding and administering contract and subcontract agreements.
  • Project Leadership: Providing leadership to project teams and fostering effective relationships with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Schedule Management: Establishing, updating, and communicating project schedules and ensuring their implementation.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Construction Site Management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • OSHA certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Effective communication skills to interface with clients and field staff.
