We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating geotechnical projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate geotechnical projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
- Manage and perform site investigations, evaluating surface and subsurface conditions and providing recommendations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and customer requirements.
- Provide regular project status reports to clients and project teams, ensuring transparency and open communication.
- Identify and coordinate project staffing requirements, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to specific project phases.
- Review and approve project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages to ensure compliance with engineering principles and customer requirements.
- Master's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience and 8 years of project management experience.
- Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) license preferred.
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
- FE/EIT Certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to access job sites.
- Proficient in computer design software, including Quake, WEAP, L-Pile, and Finite Element Analysis.
The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, with approximately 10% of work conducted outdoors. Workers must be able to walk frequently on uneven hard and soft ground/terrain in all types of weather conditions.
