Position: Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics
- Seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician.
- Average patient load of 8-20 per day, emphasizing quality care over quantity.
- Primary responsibilities at one clinic with weekly travel to nearby locations for additional clinics.
- Opportunity to cover 4 float ER shifts monthly, providing 24-hour coverage in a low-volume setting.
- Standard clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- On-call rotation is 1:6.
- Utilize NextGen EMR in the clinic and Meditech in the hospital.
- Competitive base salary of $250,000 with potential for a productivity bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 3% retirement match and $2,000 for CME.
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000 and relocation assistance of $10,000 offered.
- Paid time off structure: 210 days in the first year, reducing to 205 days in the second year, and 200 days in the third year.
- Low volume of obstetric cases, with approximately 60 deliveries annually; physician will assist with OB visits and calls, as well as developing the OB patient base.
This opportunity is located in a region known for its low crime rates, excellent educational institutions, and a variety of outdoor activities including farming, ranching, fly fishing, and hunting.
