Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our client's team and help positively impact the lives of individuals, families, and communities in northern Montana.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to individuals of all ages, tailoring treatment approaches to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnosis of mental health conditions, and use evidence-based interventions to provide effective counseling and support.
- Educate clients and their families on coping mechanisms, stress management techniques, and other strategies to enhance overall mental health and well-being.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as an LCSW (or LCPC) in the state of Montana.
- Demonstrated experience in providing counseling and therapy services in a clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong understanding of ethical principles and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
