We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness, maintaining current health, and intervening in acute or chronic illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality clinical nutrition services to patients, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team.
  • Conduct assessments on patients identified to be at nutrition risk, as per established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs to support patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Basic professional knowledge, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, in a specialized field.
  • Less than one year of experience.
  • Education Discipline: Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field, completion of Dietetic internship, and successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certifications.
