Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic Clinical Nutrition Team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional inpatient care to our patients, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and intervene in acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional status and formulate nutrition care plans, including all aspects of nutrition support, counseling, and education.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote wellness and maintain current health.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Teach and supervise dietetic interns and students.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist in the State of Maryland or eligibility to apply for licensure prior to hire.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • One year of experience preferred, with entry-level candidates considered.
