McDonald's Maintenance Worker Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies.
  • Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
