Job Summary:
Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cytogenetic Technologist to join our team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering gaps in call outs, project time, personnel needs, and unexpected teammate absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform the Group Leader of any personnel situations that may be considered abnormal or extreme.
- Catalyze team building activities and foster a positive team spirit.
- Work in a busy environment around physicians, technologists, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in an area with infectious materials, chemical hazards, and fire and mechanical hazards.
- Perform physical tasks such as walking, navigating around equipment, and lifting light to moderately heavy loads.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
