Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cytogenetic Technologist to join our team at Capleo Global LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for covering gaps in call outs, project time, personnel needs, and unexpected teammate absences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform the Group Leader of any personnel situations that may be considered abnormal or extreme.
  • Catalyze team building activities and foster a positive team spirit.
  • Work in a busy environment around physicians, technologists, and visitors.
  • Perform physical tasks such as walking, navigating around equipment, and lifting light to moderately heavy loads.
Requirements

This role requires a strong analytical, physical, and managerial environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
