ER Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our team at CHI St. Francis Health Hospital. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

• Use emergency triage protocol to intake, discharge or admit patients.
• Deliver stabilizing care to emergency patients of all ages as part of the larger ER team, adapting care to changes in patient's condition as needed.
• Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
• Document the nursing care plan and changes in the patient's condition.
• Engage in other activities that will benefit patient outcomes, such as patient experience initiatives, mentoring, etc.

• Active North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse License, compaq state RN licensure accepted.
• Compaq RN license holders must obtain North Dakota licensure within 90 days of start date, if employee resides in the state of ND.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Competitive pay range: $27.77 - $40.27 /hour.
• Full-time, 12-hour, rotating AM/PM shift position including weekends and holidays.
