- 10+ years of nuclear and management experience, with a strong background in construction and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
