Flamebonder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flamebonder Specialist to join our team at Vortex Companies. As a critical member of our production process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our CIPP liners meet customer requirements and adhere to quality control standards.

• Verify construction sheets and customer requirement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist coworkers with machine setups and material wrapping.
• Participate in reporting quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• LABEL AND DOCUMENT PROBLEM AREAS ACCORDING TO COMPANY PROCEDURES.
• Maintain accurate records of product progress and supplies.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform cleaning duties as required to maintain a clean workspace.
• Monitor and manage propane tank weight on a daily basis.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Satisfactory completion of 3 months on-the-job training.
