Color Matcher Role at The Assurance Group

Cosmetic developers at The Assurance Group are seeking a skilled Color Matcher to join their Analytical Lab team. As a Color Matcher, you will be responsible for mixing colors and inspecting materials to ensure uniform color throughout. Working in the lab, you will weigh, measure, and mix colors to match existing formulas or fix color palettes that do not match.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with color matching and color theory
  • Knowledge of color systems and color matching tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
