Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality and safe operations.
  • Knowledge: Manufacturing knowledge, understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures, as well as knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and Food Safety regulations.
