Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Auto Care Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Auto Care business unit, you will be responsible for managing initiatives that fulfill the corporate strategy of the Auto Care business. This includes supporting the Associate Brand Manager in the development of differentiated product solutions based on consumer insights, incorporating requirements for commercial success, and working within the department and across functions to incorporate best practices into marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification, development, and launch of key marketing initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Support brand integrity through the development and implementation of marketing elements, including packaging, messaging, and other brand assets.
- Support research plans to uncover consumer needs and build differentiated, relevant opportunities for the brands.
- Collaborate with R&D to merge consumer needs and applied technology into effective consumer solutions.
- Gather competitive intelligence and continually seek to understand changing market dynamics.
- Perform ROI analysis to inform business decisions.
- May also perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration with a marketing major.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand & Portfolio Management, Product Development, or a related field. Global marketing experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Action-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- English proficiency required. Additional languages beneficial.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
