Position Overview:
Our comprehensive training program will have you confidently engaging with customers within a few weeks, with continued support throughout your initial 90 days.

Engage with customers enthusiastically about Good Feet arch supports and related products through a personalized, consultative sales approach.

Handle financial transactions, including various financing options.
Follow-up: Sales is an ongoing relationship. We prioritize follow-up with our customers to provide guidance and encouragement.

Take ownership of your personal sales performance metrics and objectives (KPIs). As a collaborative team member, you are open to feedback and eager to implement suggestions for improvement.

We are continuously on the lookout for future leaders within our organization.Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay during the initial 90 days. After this period, compensation transitions to an hourly rate plus commission and bonuses—details available upon inquiry. Retail Sales Associates typically earn between $40,000 and $65,000.
Full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental, and Disability Insurance after 90 days, along with Paid Time Off.
Enjoy paid lunches on Saturdays and participate in our employee recognition program through our partner, Fringe. Our retail hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

Physical Requirements:
Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate ladders safely.
