About the Role:
CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Specialty Pharmacy Liaison Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise to patients and providers regarding specialty pharmacy enrollment, prescription processing, and benefits inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support to patients and providers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process prescriptions and manage patient enrollment in our specialty pharmacy program.
- Communicate with clinic staff to obtain patient information and determine insurance coverage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients and providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to resolve complex issues and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy setting a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
